Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Audio-Nerd Music, we value your time and creativity — and we’re committed to providing a smooth and professional experience for every artist we collaborate with. Please review our refund and cancellation policy before confirming your booking.

1. Deposits & Payments

​

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session.

• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your scheduled session.

• All payments must be completed through our approved payment methods.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

• If you fail to attend your scheduled session without notice (“no-show”), your payment will be forfeited.

• Reschedules are allowed once per booking. Any further changes may require a new booking and deposit.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only applicable if Audio-Nerd Music cancels or is unable to complete the agreed-upon service.

• Once work has begun on production, mixing, mastering, or songwriting services, no refunds can be issued, as creative and technical work would already have been initiated.

4. Service Revisions​

 

• We offer up to 2 free revisions (unless otherwise specified) to ensure you’re satisfied with the final product.

• Additional revisions may incur an extra fee, depending on the scope of changes requested.

5. Processing Time​

 

• Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
